With its three views of New York City, the Powerful Green Map introduces you to great ways to get around, dine, recreate, work and live more in a more eco-efficient green way. You'll find all kinds of useful information that will save money, resources and the “climent” (the climate and the environment) at the same time. Published in 2006 with updates added to the PDF edition in mid-2007, the Powerful Green Map provides a comprehensive overview of:

• Every Day and Easy Green Choices, and
• Powerful Investments for Today and Tomorrow
Though especially designed for New Yorkers, the Powerful Green Map offers insights to visitors and to urban dwellers around the world, too. In addition to the printed and electronic editions, we’ve developed a wealth of online resources to accompany the Powerful Green Map. There are energy tips and links in English, Chinese and Spanish, so even more people can become part of the solution to the energy crisis.

It's Updated! In May 2007, new LEED certified and Energy Star buildings were added to this PDF, thanks to the US Green Building Council and Shaw-Jelveh Design. The Powerful Green Map of NYC was among the presented to mayors of world capital cities at NYC's 2007 C40 conference. It was provided to many other events listed here!
