Printing your own Green Map
While we recommend getting an actual printed copy from
us or a
Pick Up Point around the city, we're providing a printer-quality PDF of the Powerful Green Map for those who wish to print their own copy, in whole or in part.
This file is 5.1 MB, and takes a few minutes to download. This is the complete map, shown in poster format.
Or you can download
here only The Powerful Green Map's Bright Sides: Every Day and Easy Energy Saving Green Resources. A light (214 KB) and easy print document (letter size, 8.5 x 11 in).
NOTE:
If you will be reproducing the copyrighted Powerful Green Map, in whole or in part, for anything other than classroom use, get our permission in writing first - email
apple@greenmap.org with your details. And if you've added it to classroom materials in a way that would be useful to others, please send us a copy (PDF, .doc or JPG) so we can share it on our
Learning Resources page. In any case, you must credit us by adding
GreenAppleMap.org and
© Green Map System 2006 to any section of the Powerful Green Map or its listings you reproduce in any medium.

save a copy to your desktop. Or hold down your right mouse key to
save target as.../save link as... in order to save the file to your desktop).

adobe.com). Use the magnifying glass to zoom in and make it a comfortable size to explore the map. You may notice updates when compared to the printed edition!
Easy Printing Directions
At 27 x 39 inches (69 x 99 cm), this PDF is too big to fit in the average printer, so you'll need to print in it sections, then reassemble it. It's easy with the "snapshot tool" located in tool bar of Reader. Highlight the section you want, then click File>Print. Experiment a bit - you may need to print in smaller sections, reduce the size in your Page Set Up, etc., depending on your computer, paper size etc. Use recycled paper, of course. Frustrated? Get the
printed Powerful Green Map or
poster!
